At Shea’s Chic Boutique, our goal is to provide every client with a professional and luxury salon experience. Please review the policies below before booking your appointment. Booking an appointment means you agree to these policies.

  • • No extra guests are allowed unless they are receiving a service.

    • Shea’s Chic Boutique reserves the right to refuse service to anyone not following salon policies.

  • • All appointments must be booked through our online booking system.

    • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • • Please arrive on time.

    • Clients arriving 10+ minutes late may be charged a late fee.

    • Clients arriving 15+ minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment.

  • • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

    • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit

  • • All hair extensions and wigs are provided by Shea’s Chic Boutique.

    • Outside hair is not accepted under any circumstances.

  • • Hair must be ordered at time of booking your appointment to ensure availability and proper preparation.

    • Appointments may be rescheduled if hair is not ordered in advance.

  • • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    • Deposits go toward your final service balance.

  • • Shea’s Chic Boutique does not work over installs performed by other stylists.

    • Any previous installs must be fully removed prior to your appointment.

  • • Reinstall services are only available for installs originally completed by Shea’s Chic Boutique.

    • Service eligibility depends on the condition of the lace and unit.
